CASE ІНДЕКС ЯК ІНДИКАТОР ПЕРЕХОДУ ГАЛУЗІ ЛОГІСТИКИ ДО ШОСТОГО ТЕХНОЛОГІЧНОГО УКЛАДУ
Анотація
У статті запропоновано CASE індекс як індикатор готовності галузі логістики до переходу до шостого технологічного укладу. Розроблено систему 15 субіндикаторів на основі публічних даних. Здійснено нормалізацію субіндикаторів методом min-max та розраховано значення індексу для США, Японії, Німеччини, ЄС-27 та України за даними 2024 р. Встановлено, що США та Німеччина перевищують поріг рівноваги Неша щодо домінування стратегії впровадження логістичними компаніями технологій шостого технологічного укладу. Японія, ЄС-27 перебувають у зоні умовної раціональності щодо впровадження технологій шостого технологічного укладу логістичними компаніями, й потребують координаційних механізмів з боку держава або альянсів. Визначено, що Україна знаходиться на початковому рівні впровадження логістичними компаніями технологій шостого технологічного укладу, домінує неінноваційна стратегія логістичних операторів.
