ЗАСТОСУВАННЯ МЕТОДУ КАНБАН У ФІНАНСОВОМУ МЕНЕДЖМЕНТІ ЯК ІНСТРУМЕНТУ ПІДВИЩЕННЯ ЯКОСТІ УПРАВЛІНСЬКИХ РІШЕНЬ
Анотація
У статті досліджуються можливості адаптації методу Канбан до системи фінансового менеджменту підприємства в умовах нестабільності та обмеженості ресурсів. Обґрунтовано доцільність переходу від «push»-підходу до «pull»-логіки як інструменту підвищення якості управлінських рішень та зниження інформаційних перевантажень. Фінансова діяльність інтерпретується як безперервний потік створення цінності, де ключовими проблемами є надмірна аналітика, дублювання функцій і неефективне використання інформації. Запропоновано концептуальну модель та поетапний алгоритм впровадження Канбан, що включають візуалізацію процесів, обмеження незавершеної роботи та управління на запит. Доведено, що застосування методу сприяє підвищенню прозорості, прискоренню обробки даних, зниженню втрат та формуванню дисципліни управлінського мислення.
