СТРАТЕГІЧНІ ЗАСАДИ ФІНАНСОВОГО УПРАВЛІННЯ ТРАНСНАЦІОНАЛЬНИМИ КОРПОРАЦІЯМИ В УМОВАХ ГЛОБАЛІЗАЦІЙНИХ ПРОЦЕСІВ З УРАХУВАННЯМ МЕХАНІЗМІВ ПРОЄКТНОГО ФІНАНСУВАННЯ
Анотація
У статті обґрунтовано стратегічні засади фінансового управління транснаціональних корпорацій із використанням механізмів проєктного фінансування. Розкрито вплив глобалізаційних процесів і фінансової нестабільності на формування фінансових стратегій транснаціональних корпорацій. Доведено доцільність інтеграції проєктного фінансування у систему корпоративного управління для підвищення ефективності інвестицій і обмеження ризиків. Проаналізовано динаміку глобальних інвестиційних потоків і галузеву структуру інвестування. Виявлено тенденції переорієнтації на гнучкі та менш капіталомісткі форми інвестування. Обґрунтовано роль ризик-менеджменту, цифровізації та міжнародних фінансових інституцій у підвищенні результативності фінансового управління. Узагальнено напрями вдосконалення інвестиційної діяльності транснаціональних корпорацій в умовах глобальної нестабільності.
