ФІНАНСОВІ МЕХАНІЗМИ ТРАНСКОРДОННОЇ СПІВПРАЦІ ТА МІСЦЕ УКРАЇНИ В ЕКОНОМІЧНОМУ ПРОСТОРІ ЄВРОПИ
Анотація
У статті досліджено фінансові механізми транскордонної співпраці в Карпатському макрорегіоні та окреслено місце України в європейському економічному просторі крізь призму доступу до інструментів ЄС. Показано, що асиметрія між країнами членами ЄС та Україною щодо участі у фондах політики згуртованості зумовлює нерівномірність розвитку прикордонних територій та різну спроможність реалізовувати інтеграційний потенціал. Виявлено ключові фінансові інструменти, доступні Карпатським регіонам країн членів ЄС і Україні, охарактеризовано джерела асиметрій, роль місцевих фінансів і виклики співфінансування для громад українських Карпат. Запропоновано напрями адаптації фінансової політики та посилення інституційної спроможності регіонів України для ефективнішого використання наявних і перспективних інструментів ЄС у контексті формування Карпатської макрорегіональної стратегії.
