СТРАТЕГІЧНИЙ АНАЛІЗ МІЖНАРОДНОЇ ТОРГІВЛІ ВІДХОДАМИ: НІМЕЧЧИНА ТА ІТАЛІЯ ЯК ПАРАДИГМИ ІНТЕГРАЦІЇ УКРАЇНИ В ЄВРОПЕЙСЬКУ ЦИРКУЛЯРНУ ЕКОНОМІКУ
Анотація
У цій статті представлено стратегічний аналіз динаміки міжнародної торгівлі відходами, зосереджуючись на Німеччині та Італії як орієнтирах для інтеграції України в європейську циркулярну економіку. У дослідженні розглядається німецька парадигма, яка досягає стабільного рівня відновлення 82% завдяки високотехнологічній інфраструктурі та широким потужностям з перетворення відходів на енергію, та італійська модель, яка лідирує в ЄС з переробки упаковки з показником 75,6%. Інтеграція України залежить від переходу від декларативної політики до оперативного впровадження розширеної відповідальності виробника та контролю промислового забруднення, позиціонуючи країну як життєво важливого постачальника для європейської промислової декарбонізації Інтеграція України до цієї усталеної європейської екосистеми управління відходами є завданням першорядної наукової та практичної важливості.
