ПОВОЄННА МІГРАЦІЙНА ПОЛІТИКА УКРАЇНИ
Анотація
Стаття присвячена аналізу післявоєнної міграційної політики України як системоутворюючого інструменту економічного відновлення та управління людським капіталом в умовах демографічного скорочення. Проаналізовано ключові демографічні та економічні передумови формування селективної імміграційної моделі, орієнтованої на компенсацію дефіциту робочої сили та підвищення потенційного ВВП. Систематизовано пріоритетні джерела трудової міграції, галузеві напрями залучення іноземних працівників та інституційні канали їх відбору. Досліджено міжнародний досвід керованої міграції та інтеграції. Окреслено архітектуру багаторівневої міграційної системи, механізми довгострокового закріплення мігрантів та індикатори оцінювання її соціально-економічної ефективності в контексті післявоєнної відбудови та регіонального розвитку.
