ESG-ІНВЕСТУВАННЯ НА ФОНДОВИХ РИНКАХ ЄВРОПИ: ТРЕНДИ, РЕГУЛЯТОРНІ ВИМОГИ ТА ВПЛИВ НА ДОХІДНІСТЬ ПОРТФЕЛІВ
Анотація
У статті досліджено сучасні тенденції ESG-інвестування на фондових ринках Європи в контексті формування нової парадигми сталого фінансування. Методологія дослідження базується на системному аналізі регуляторних документів, статистичному аналізі ринкових даних та порівняльному аналізі дохідності ESG-фондів і традиційних інвестиційних інструментів. Проаналізовано регуляторну архітектуру ЄС у сфері сталих фінансів, зокрема взаємозв’язок Регламенту про розкриття інформації щодо сталого фінансування (SFDR), Директиви про корпоративну звітність щодо сталого розвитку (CSRD) та Таксономії ЄС. Досліджено динаміку активів під управлінням ESG-фондів та структуру ринку зелених облігацій. На основі емпіричних даних оцінено дохідність ESG-фондів порівняно з традиційними інвестиційними інструментами та визначено ключові виклики і перспективи розвитку ESG-інвестування в умовах спрощення регуляторних вимог та геополітичної невизначеності.
