БАГАТОВИМІРНИЙ АНАЛІЗ ЕФЕКТИВНОСТІ МІЖНАРОДНИХ СТРАТЕГІЙ ПОВОЄННОГО ЕКОНОМІЧНОГО ВІДНОВЛЕННЯ
Анотація
Статтю присвячено дослідженню ефективності міжнародних стратегій повоєнного економічного відновлення. Проведено багатовимірний аналіз світового досвіду, що ґрунтується на п’яти ключових вимірах – макроекономічна стабілізація, структурна трансформація, соціальні наслідки, зовнішня інтеграція та інституційний вплив, контекстно-специфічні цілі. Вивчення досвіду країн щодо економічного відновлення здійснено з використанням кластерізації країн в першу чергу за характером конфлікту (внутрішньодержавний або міждержавний), в результаті чого розглянуто досвід економічного відновлення після великих міждержавних воєн, після внутрішніх та етнічних конфліктів, а також в умовах «заморожених» конфліктів. Визначено ключові характеристики кожної зі стратегій та оцінено їх застосовність до України.
