ЕКОНОМІЧНІ АСПЕКТИ ТРАНСФОРМАЦІЇ БІЗНЕС-МОДЕЛЕЙ У СФЕРІ ПРИВАТНОЇ МЕДИЦИНИ
Анотація
У статті досліджено економічні аспекти трансформації бізнес-моделей у сфері приватної медицини в умовах структурних змін сучасної економіки. Обґрунтовано, що вичерпання традиційних транзакційних підходів до організації медичних послуг зумовлює перехід від товаро-домінантної до сервіс-домінантної логіки створення цінності, у межах якої ключову роль відіграють екосистемні форми координації. Проаналізовано еволюцію моделей монетизації у приватній медицині - від оплати за послугу до ціннісно-орієнтованих, підписних та платформних моделей. Показано, що цифрові технології виступають інфраструктурною умовою формування медичних екосистем, а не самостійною стратегією розвитку. Визначено ключові економічні обмеження та невирішені проблеми, пов’язані зі стійкістю екосистемних бізнес-моделей у довгостроковій перспективі.
