РИНОК ПРОДУКЦІЇ ПЕРЕРОБКИ ЯБЛУК: СУЧАСНІ ТЕНДЕНЦІЇ ТА НАПРЯМИ РОЗВИТКУ
Анотація
У статті розглядається ринок продукції переробки яблук, акцентуючи увагу на сучасних тенденціях, викликах і можливостях його розвитку. Зростаючий попит на натуральні та органічні продукти свідчить про зміну споживчих уподобань, що стимулює їх виробництво без хімічних добавок та пестицидів. Державна підтримка, включаючи фінансування та освітні програми, відіграє важливу роль у підвищенні якості продукції та розвитку інфраструктури агросектора. У статті підкреслено важливість подолання окреслених викликів для забезпечення сталого розвитку ринку продукції переробки яблук. Автори наголошують, що зусилля науковців і практиків повинні бути спрямовані на вдосконалення логістики, підвищення якості продукції та запровадження інноваційних технологій, що дозволить ефективніше реагувати на зростаючі запити споживачів.
