ФІНАНСОВІ ІНСТРУМЕНТИ СТАЛОГО РОЗВИТКУ СІЛЬСЬКОГОСПОДАРСЬКИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ
Анотація
У статті здійснено комплексний аналіз фінансових інструментів сталого розвитку сільськогосподарських підприємств. Систематизовано теоретичні підходи на основі інтеграції принципів сталого фінансування з концепцією стейкхолдерів. Використано методи аналізу і синтезу, системний підхід, порівняльний аналіз та SWOT-аналіз. Проаналізовано три категорії фінансових інструментів: зелені облігації, ESG-інвестування та продукти державних інвестиційних банків. Виявлено чотири специфічні особливості застосування у аграрному секторі. Встановлено позитивний взаємозв'язок між впровадженням практик сталого розвитку та фінансовою результативністю через зниження операційних витрат (10-25%), доступ до преміальних ринків (5-15%) та зниження вартості капіталу (0,5-2 п.п.). Визначено п'ять пріоритетних напрямів розвитку фінансових механізмів в Україні. Результати демонструють, що фінансові інструменти сталого розвитку можуть стати каталізатором трансформації аграрних підприємств у напрямку більш стійких та екологічно відповідальних моделей ведення бізнесу.
