СТІЙКІСТЬ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ МАЛОГО ТА СЕРЕДНЬОГО БІЗНЕСУ В УКРАЇНІ: КОНЦЕПТУАЛЬНІ ЗАСАДИ ТА СУЧАСНИЙ СТАН
Анотація
На підставі проведеного аналітичного дослідження стану суб’єктів малого та середнього бізнесу (МСБ) в Україні під час тривалої кризи, а також літературного огляду концепцій та теорій, що пояснюють організаційну стійкість і її вимірювання, нами було виокремлено підхід динамічних здібностей і теорію соціального капіталу. Спираючись на динамічний підхід, доцільним є вимірювання організаційної стійкості малого та середнього підприємства через стратегічну гнучкість та проактивність. В роботі обґрунтовано, що подальше поєднання динамічних здібностей та теорії соціального капіталу в контексті українського підприємництва дозволить дослідити вплив факторів зовнішнього та внутрішнього соціального капіталу, державної підтримки та цифрової трансформації на організаційну стійкість суб’єктів МСБ під час тривалої кризи.
