ОРГАНІЗАЦІЙНА СТРУКТУРА МІЖНАРОДНОЇ ГРАНТОВОЇ ДОПОМОГИ УКРАЇНІ: ВІД ФРАГМЕНТАЦІЇ ДО КООРДИНАЦІЇ
Анотація
У дослідженні розглянуто організаційну структуру міжнародної допомоги в економічному розвитку та відновленні України після повномасштабного вторгнення Росії в 2022 році. Підкреслено безпрецедентний обсяг і складність потоків допомоги, в яких беруть участь двосторонні донори, багатосторонні установи, приватні фонди та неурядові організації. Дослідження підкреслює як переваги: швидку мобілізацію ресурсів, різноманітні інструменти підтримки та інтеграцію приватної благодійності, так і виклики, зокрема фрагментацію, дублювання програм та брак координації. Виділяється роль України як активного учасника, а не пасивного отримувача та впровадженню інноваційних механізмів. Приклад України осмислюється у контексті глобальних наукових дискусій щодо ефективності, прозорості та трансформаційного потенціалу міжнародної допомоги як системного чинника забезпечення сталого розвитку.
