СУЧАСНІ ПІДХОДИ ДО УПРАВЛІННЯ КОМАНДАМИ В ОРГАНІЗАЦІЯХ: МІЖДИСЦИПЛІНАРНИЙ ОГЛЯД
Анотація
У статті досліджено класичні й сучасні міждисциплінарні підходи до управління командами в умовах нестабільності, цифровізації та глобалізації. Розглянуто інтеграцію управлінських, психологічних і біоповедінкових концепцій, що забезпечують формування гнучких, адаптивних, саморегульованих команд. Обґрунтовано роль рефлексивних процесів і біологічно зумовлених чинників у прийнятті стратегічних рішень, створенні психологічної безпеки та згуртованості колективу. Проаналізовано Agile, Scrum, Lean, Kanban у контексті впливу на командну автономність. Показано, що ефективне управління в VUCA-середовищі потребує врахування психофізіологічних особливостей учасників і використання рефлексивних інструментів. Зроблено висновок про доцільність упровадження адаптивних і науково обґрунтованих управлінських підходів в українських умовах.
