ВПЛИВ ЦИФРОВОЇ ТРАНСФОРМАЦІЇ НА КОНКУРЕНТНІ ПЕРЕВАГИ ЕЛЕКТРОТЕХНІЧНИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ
Анотація
У статті досліджено вплив цифрової трансформації на формування конкурентних переваг електротехнічних підприємств в умовах розвитку Індустрії 4.0. Показано актуальність цифровізації як інструменту підвищення продуктивності, зниження витрат, забезпечення гнучкості та клієнтоорієнтованості. Метою статті є теоретичне обґрунтування та практичний аналіз впливу цифрової трансформації на формування конкурентних переваг електротехнічних підприємств з урахуванням особливостей функціонування галузі в умовах трансформаційної економіки. Автором обґрунтовано теоретичні аспекти та представлено практичні приклади застосування цифрових технологій у виробництві. Виокремлено галузеву специфіку та розглянуто бар’єри цифровізації. Запропоновано напрями трансформації та підходи до зміцнення конкурентоспроможності підприємств шляхом впровадження smart-технологій, цифрової аналітики та клієнтоцентричних рішень. Стаття може бути основою для формування стратегій цифрового розвитку в промисловості.
