ЕНЕРГЕТИЧНА БІДНІСТЬ: ЕКОНОМІЧНИЙ ЗМІСТ ТА ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ВИМІРЮВАННЯ
Анотація
Стаття спрямована на поглиблення змісту поняття енергетичної бідності, здійснення порівняльного аналізу стану енергетичної бідності в країнах ЄС та в Україні, а також вдосконалення організації моніторингу стану енергетичної бідності в Україні. В статті розкрито зміст поняття енергетичної бідності, на основі статистичних даних продемонстровано посилення негативного впливу енергетичної кризи, яка розгорнулася у 2021-2022 рр., на стан енергетичної бідності домогосподарств в країнах ЄС та в Україні. Сформульовані пропозиції спрямовані на вдосконалення правого поля та посилення спрямованості моніторингових дій для отримання більш повної та об’єктивної інформації щодо поширення енергетичної вразливості домогосподарств в Україні.
