МЕТОДИЧНИЙ ІНСТРУМЕНТАРІЙ ОЦІНЮВАННЯ ВПЛИВУ СОЦІАЛЬНО-ЕКОНОМІЧНИХ ДЕТЕРМІНАНТ НА РОЗВИТОК ЖИТЛОВОГО БУДІВНИЦТВА
Анотація
Досліджено проблему фрагментарності існуючих методологічних підходів до аналізу соціально-економічних детермінант житлового будівництва та відсутності інтегрованого інструментарію для комплексного оцінювання їх впливу. Розроблено комплексний методичний інструментарій, що інтегрує матричний аналіз та теорію графів для системного дослідження п'яти вимірів детермінант: економічного, соціального, екологічного, технологічного та просторового. Створено систему семи взаємопов'язаних матричних моделей (базова матриця взаємодій, динамічних коефіцієнтів, кризових модифікацій, зворотних зв'язків, адаптивних ваг, цільових індикаторів, темпоральних лагів) для моделювання складних взаємодій між детермінантами у різних часових горизонтах та контекстуальних умовах. Практичне застосування на прикладі українського житлового сектору дозволило розробити конкретні рекомендації для житлової політики з урахуванням оптимальних шляхів впливу, темпоральних лагів між детермінантами та адаптації до екстремальних умов функціонування.
