ВПЛИВ МОДЕЛІ ЛІДЕРСТВА НА ФІНАНСОВІ РЕЗУЛЬТАТИ ОСВІТНЬОЇ ОРГАНІЗАЦІЇ
Анотація
Взаємозв'язок між моделлю лідерства та фінансовими результатами освітньої організації визначає ефективність управління ресурсами. Дослідження аналізує вплив різних моделей лідерства на фінансове управління закладів вищої освіти та пропонує концептуальну модель його оцінки. Використано комплексний методологічний підхід: аналіз фінансових показників, оцінка управлінських рішень, моделювання та статистична обробка даних. Встановлено, що трансформаційне й стратегічне лідерство сприяють зростанню доходів через гранти й партнерства, аутентичне й демократичне підвищують прозорість фінансових операцій, а ситуаційне ефективне у кризовому управлінні. Запропонована модель допомагає оптимізувати фінансове управління, прогнозувати ефективність та забезпечувати стабільність освітніх організацій.
