РОЗРОБКА ІНСТРУМЕНТІВ ДЛЯ ОЦІНКИ ВПЛИВУ ВТРАТ ОБРОБЛЮВАНИХ ЗЕМЕЛЬ НА СІЛЬСЬКЕ ГОСПОДАРСТВО УКРАЇНИ ВНАСЛІДОК ВІЙНИ
Анотація
Російсько-українська війна суттєво вплинула на аграрний сектор України, викликавши значні економічні втрати, в тому числі через втрату орних земель. У статті представлено розробку комплексної методології для оцінки економічного впливу необроблюваних земель на продуктивність сільського господарства. Методологія включає аналіз супутникових знімків, статистичних даних про врожайність, виробничих і логістичних витрат, а також розрахунок прямих і непрямих втрат доходу. В якості вибірки взято дані Великописарівської громади. Аналіз охоплює як короткострокові наслідки втрат врожайності, так і довгострокові економічні наслідки, зокрема зниження родючості ґрунтів і підвищення виробничих витрат. Отримані результати дають можливість більш точно оцінювати втрати аграрного сектору України та розробляти ефективні стратегії для його відновлення.
