ВПЛИВ ГАЛУЗІ БІОМЕТАНУ НА РЕСТРУКТУРИЗАЦІЮ РИНКУ ГАЗУ УКРАЇНИ ТА ЄС
Анотація
В статті проаналізовано встановлену потужність виробництва біогазу і біометану у 2023-2024 рр. в Україні та ЄС; прогнозні показники виробництва біометану в Україні та ЄС, оціночна потреба в інвестиціях, потенціал експортну біометану з України до ЄС в перспективі 2050 р. Визначаються тенденцій розвитку ринку біопалива в ЄС та Україні, процесів включення біометану в модель ринку природного газу ЄС та ролі біометану у зміні структури ринку в контексті декарбонізації. Частково досліджено правове підґрунтя для розвитку біометанової галузі в ЄС та Україні. Робиться висновок про те, що розгортання біометану в Європі відбувається нерівномірно, ринок біометану на початок 2025 р. знаходиться у зародковому стані, а гарантії походження та критерії сталості розглядаються в якості ключових механізмів підтримки галузі біометану.
