ОЦІНКА ВІДПОВІДНОСТІ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ КРИТЕРІЯМ ESG: ОСНОВНІ ВИКЛИКИ
Анотація
У статті проведено аналіз основних викликів, з якими стикаються підприємства при оцінці відповідності критеріям ESG (екологічним, соціальним та управлінським). Досліджено такі проблеми, як відсутність уніфікованих стандартів, недостатня прозорість даних, суб’єктивність оцінки соціальних та управлінських аспектів, а також нестача організаційно-технічної підтримки для впровадження ESG-критеріїв. Особливу увагу приділено забезпеченню надійності, якості, порівнянності та доступності інформації у сфері сталого розвитку, зокрема кліматичних даних, що є ключовим елементом для гармонізації аналізу ризиків та присвоєння ESG-рейтингу. Запропоновано комплексний підхід для вирішення зазначених викликів, що включає розробку систем збору й аналізу даних, стандартизацію звітності, прозорість управлінських процесів і формування стратегій сталого розвитку.
