АНАЛІЗ МОДЕЛЕЙ ЦІНОУТВОРЕННЯ ТА РЕГІОНАЛЬНИХ ОСОБЛИВОСТЕЙ НА РИНКУ ІТ АУТСОРСИНГУ
Анотація
Дослідження поглиблює знання щодо моделей ціноутворення та регіональних особливостей на ринку ІТ аутсорсингу. Проаналізовано види ІТ аутсорсингу, досліджено їх відмінності та переваги, зокрема, onshoring, nearshoring і offshoring. Проаналізовано моделі ціноутворення ІТ аутсорсингу, зокрема, час і матеріали, за одиницю/на вимогу, фіксоване ціноутворення, вартість-плюс, ціноутворення на основі ефективності, розподіл прибутку, спільний ризик і винагороду. Проаналізовано часові ставки та переваги аутсорсингових локацій за регіонами, зокрема, Східну Європу, Азію, Латинську Америку та Африку. Визначено, що основними регіональними особливостями є доступність талановитих спеціалістів, конкурентоспроможність цін та географічне розташування регіону, що впливає на рішення компаній щодо вибору місця для аутсорсингу ІТ-проєктів.
