ВПРОВАДЖЕННЯ ПРИНЦИПІВ ESG НЕБАНКІВСЬКИМИ ФІНАНСОВИМИ ІНСТИТУТАМИ: ТЕНДЕНЦІЇ ТА ПЕРСПЕКТИВИ
Анотація
Стаття присвячена проблематиці використання підходів ESG у контексті майбутнього розвитку фінансових інститутів загалом та небанківських фінансових інститутів зокрема. Обґрунтовано, що зростаюча значущість ESG для небанківських фінансових інститутів пов’язана з: посиленням інтересу до небанківських фінансових продуктів, зосереджених навколо принципів ESG; розширеним включенням елементів ESG в інвестиційні підходи; співпрацею та альянсами; зростаючим регуляторним впливом. Розглянуто підходи різноманітних державних та наднаціональних регуляторів, установ та організацій до проблематики впровадження підходів ESG у практику небанківських фінансових інститутів. Окреслено конкурентні переваги, що виникають у фінансових інститутах при запровадженні підходів ESG у їх діяльність, які відкривають можливості для впровадження інновацій, визначення нових ринків і запуску диференційованих продуктів і політик.
