ІНСТРУМЕНТАРІЙ ОЦІНКИ ІНВЕСТИЦІЙНОЇ ПРИВАБЛИВОСТІ ІННОВАЦІЙНИХ ПРОЕКТІВ РОЗВИТКУ СТРАТЕГІЧНИХ ВИДІВ ПРОМИСЛОВОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІм
Анотація
У статті висвітлено засади оцінки інвестиційної привабливості інноваційних проєктів розвитку стратегічних видів промислової діяльності. Виявлено особливості оцінювання привабливості інноваційних проєктів для держави, вітчизняних та іноземних інвесторів. Узагальнено світовий досвід оцінки проектів та обґрунтовано, що оцінювання масштабних проектів із значними інвестиціями, які мають особливості щодо засад залучення джерел фінансування, вартості та обсягів інвестиційної діяльності, переліку виконуваних робіт, тривалості інвестиційного періоду, складу фінансових і технічних показників проекту, підходів до аналізу великих баз даних, має поєднувати очікування уряду, внутрішніх і зовнішніх інвесторів. Розроблено інструментарій оцінки інвестиційної привабливості інноваційних проектів. Обґрунтовано пропозиції щодо удосконалення методичного забезпечення оцінювання проектів із значними інвестиціями.
