ДЕІНДУСТРІАЛІЗАЦІЯ ЯК МОЖЛИВІСТЬ ЗРОСТАННЯ В УМОВАХ ФІНАНСОВОЇ КРИЗИ
Анотація
Стаття присвячена актуальним питанням ідентифікації феномену деіндустріалізації як можливості зростання в умовах фінансової кризи. Обґрунтовано, що в ХХІ столітті фінансова криза в умовах глобальної пандемії є сигналом для більшості країн переглянути свої довгострокові стратегії економічного розвитку. Проаналізовано найбільш актуальні досягнення світової наукової спільноти, що формують теоретичну та методологічну основу для аналізу феномену деіндустріалізації. Визначено, що соціально-економічні наслідки певних форм деіндустріалізації необхідно визначати з точки зору економічного успіху або невдачі, а також обов’язково співвідносити промислову політику в країні з передовою світової практикою. Обґрунтовано необхідність зміни економічної політики України з чіткою метою – технологічні трансформації з ясним визначенням національних пріоритетів технологічної модернізації.
