РОЗКРИТТЯ ІНФОРМАЦІЇ ПРО ГЕОПОЛІТИЧНІ ПОДІЇ ПІСЛЯ ЗВІТНОГО ПЕРІОДУ У РІЧНІЙ ЗВІТНОСТІ ТРАНСНАЦІОНАЛЬНИХ КОРПОРАЦІЙ
Анотація
Стаття присвячена дослідженню характеру відображення такої геополітичної події як російсько-українська війна 2022 р. у примітці «Події після звітного періоду» до річної фінансової звітності транснаціональних корпорацій за 2021 р. Для проведення дослідження здійснено підбір річної консолідованої фінансової звітності транснаціональних корпорацій відповідно до трьох критеріїв: корпорація взяла участь у застосуванні санкцій щодо Росії; звітний період тривав з 1 січня 2021 р. до 31 грудня 2021 р.; корпорація відобразила інформацію про російсько-українську війну у відповідній примітці. У відповідності до обраних критеріїв відібрано річні звіти чотирнадцяти корпорацій. Визначено особливості змісту зазначеної примітки кожного з 14 річних звітів та класифіковано типи інформації, яка стосується досліджуваної геополітичної події, у цих примітках.
