SECURITY ASPECTS OF THE APPLICATION OF RISK-ORIENTED ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT UNDER THE CONDITIONS OF MARITAL STATE
Abstract
Over the past few years, the activity of Ukrainian enterprises has been under the influence of a significant number of factors, the key ones of which were COVID-19 and military operations. The key is not only the fact of the occurrence and significance of the influence of the mentioned factors, but the fact that the situation in the operating environment is characterized by maximum dynamics, and therefore high uncertainty, when previously accumulated experience does not provide the necessary initial information basis for making management decisions. A large part of the managers are actually passive to any initiatives, in particular, those that provide tactical improvement of competitive positions. This actualizes the need for widespread use of risk-oriented management based on taking into account the actual principles of security activities in the conditions of a certain enterprise. The purpose of the study is to clarify the essence of risk from the standpoint of ensuring the economic security of the enterprise as a basis for the application of risk-oriented management, in particular on the basis of a more active spread of risk-oriented thinking, for the full and effective use of those opportunities that arise in the conditions of accelerated transformation of the national economy under the influence military operations Methods of induction and deduction, comparison and systematization were used to consider the principles of wide implementation of risk-oriented management - in the study of the essential characteristics of the terms «risk», «risk-oriented management», «risk-oriented thinking»; synthesis and analysis — to justify the need to take into account safety aspects in the application of risk-oriented management; morphological analysis — to clarify the conditions and advantages of applying risk-oriented management and the principles of developing risk-oriented thinking; graphic — for visual representation of theoretical and methodical material; abstract-logical — for theoretical generalizations and research conclusions. It is substantiated that the activity of security subjects should be aimed at encouraging management initiative, information support and general control over the development and implementation of solutions to preserve the integrity of the enterprise despite a higher level of risk. The importance of the development of risk-oriented thinking, both due to the improvement of professional competences and changes in corporate culture, has been proven.
