Abstract

Corruption is a global problem that seriously damages societies and economies. Thanks to innovations and modern technologies, there are new opportunities to fight this phenomenon. Innovations in this area can include technological solutions, social programs and legislative changes that aim to ensure transparency, efficiency and accountability. The analysis of foreign experience in combating corruption can help to choose a set of effective anti-corruption measures from the world experience, and to understand, first of all, that corruption can be combated in the conditions of Ukraine. Secondly, that there are experience-tested principles and methods of effective anti-corruption, as well as indicators that make it possible to reasonably judge the level of effectiveness of applied anti-corruption measures. At the same time, we believe that the combination of the socio-cultural aspect and anti-corruption innovations will be the most effective. The purpose of the research is to investigate the main types of innovations related to the implementation of anti-corruption policy. The study determined that innovation is an important tool in the fight against corruption. They help create effective and sustainable mechanisms to combat this phenomenon, ensuring transparency, efficiency and accountability. Innovation can change culture and value systems, helping to build a fair, equal and developed society. Some innovative tools that can help in the fight against corruption are considered. It was determined that institutional innovations play an important role in the fight against corruption, as they are aimed at changing the legal, organizational and institutional frameworks that regulate the functioning of society. They contribute to the creation of transparent, accountable and effective mechanisms that limit opportunities for corrupt practices and contribute to the construction of an honest and just society. The most important ideas of institutional theory, important for the implementation of anti-corruption institutional innovations, were noted: The analysis of the EU experience in the field of implementation of institutional innovations made it possible to highlight the main strategies for their implementation. The main examples of institutional innovations against corruption in the EU are considered. Among the EU's anti-corruption policy tools, "Quick-win" projects are highlighted – scientific projects aimed at solving current problems and achieving results in the short term.
