DIGITALIZATION OF THE UKRAINIAN ECONOMY IN THE CONDITIONS OF EUROPEAN INTEGRATION

Abstract

The article is devoted to the problems and development prospects of digitalization of the economy as one of the requirements of European integration. The tendency and direction of the implementation of digitization in the war and post-war times are analyzed. The problems faced by business and the state in the digitalization of the economy are studied. Despite all the listed goals and reasons, the main goal of digitization of each candidate in the EU is detinization of business. Since the digitalization of the economic sector plays an important role as a tool for the detinization of business, it has manifested itself in ensuring interaction between the public sector and business, where the main idea is to use digital payment tools to increase the efficiency and transparency of public and private operations. It was determined that Ukraine's plan for the development of digitization is very promising. Despite the war, the state created a map of the development of digitalization of the economy in the wartime and postwar period. As part of the plan to restore Ukraine, which is called United 24. Development prospects in the economic sphere starting from 2022 and up to and including 2025 have been determined. The measures implemented by the EU members for the digitalization of economic processes are analyzed. Sweden and Greece – compulsory use of certified cash registers for organizations using cash; forced use of employee registers with mandatory entry of personal data of the employee, hours worked, type of activity of the organization and its name. Estonia – reduction of regulatory and administrative barriers. Latvia – simplification of registration and licensing procedures. It was established that for the successful implementation of digitalization, the state should closely cooperate with business and society. Proposals for solving the problem of implementing digitalization in the economic sector are given. It was established that for the successful implementation of digitalization, the state should closely cooperate with business and society. Business, in turn, must closely cooperate with the state and participate in all government measures to improve the functioning of companies based on the digitalization of business processes.
