АНАЛІЗ ТЕОРЕТИКО-МЕТОДОЛОГІЧНИХ ПІДХОДІВ ДО ВИЗНАЧЕННЯ ПОНЯТТЯ ФІНАНСІАЛІЗАЦІЇ
Анотація
Статтю присвячено дослідженню еволюції підходів в іноземній та вітчизняній фаховій літературі до феномену фінансіалізації та його економічної природи. Окреслено основні прояви цього явища на мікро- (зміна цілей корпоративного управління компаніями та структури їхніх акціонерів, каналів акумулювання доходів економічних агентів, рівня їхніх запозичень з фінансового сектора), мезо- (зміна сегментної, суб’єктної структури фінансового ринку, рівня його міжнародної інтегрованості, стійкості до збурень, поява нових фінансових інструментів) та макрорівні (зміна функціонального розподілу доходів, галузевої структури національної економіки та рівня її схильності до фінансово-економічних криз). У статті також висвітлено наявні в економічній науці класифікації підходів до природи фінансіалізації, визначено їхні основні слабини та сформовано власну концепцію щодо систематизації підходів учених-економістів до генези цього явища.
