SYSTEM OF MANAGEMENT OF PROCESSES OF INFORMATION AND INNOVATION SUPPORT OF FOREIGN TRADE ACTIVITIES OF ENTERPRISES IN THE CONTEXT OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

Improving the management of the processes of foreign trade activities of enterprises in the current conditions of functioning is a necessary step to ensure their long-term success. Therefore, the article forms a system for managing the processes of information and innovation support of foreign trade activities of enterprises in the context of sustainable development, which includes a number of components aimed at improving the management process of export-oriented enterprises and achieving maximum economic effect from this type of activity. Important components of the system are: determination of the export potential of an enterprise and analysis of product competitiveness; assessment of the competitive environment and market analysis; consideration of various groups of factors that influence foreign trade activities and can be classified by levels of management, namely, micro-level, meso-level, macro-level and mega-level factors; determination of the components of the price of export goods - cost of goods, producer's profit margin, logistics services and customs payments; consideration of the conditions of sustainable development; assessment of the economic impact of the export activity. Particular attention is paid to the logistics component, as efficient logistics is one of the key aspects of successful foreign trade. Market analysis, effective communication with international partners and management of international logistics processes, namely the selection of optimal transportation methods, taking into account costs and delivery times, taking into account risks and meeting the conditions of sustainable development, require the use of modern information and innovation tools. The application of information and innovation approaches in foreign trade activities allows achieving significant benefits, such as cost reduction, increased productivity, accurate process forecasting, improved communication and compliance with sustainability standards. The proposed system for managing the processes of information and innovation support of foreign trade activities of enterprises is a set of measures and tools that allow optimizing trade operations, reducing risks and increasing competitiveness in international markets. It takes into account the conditions of sustainable development, including economic, social and environmental aspects. The implementation of this system will allow companies to respond effectively to changes in market conditions, adapt to new requirements and achieve high results in their operations.
