MANAGEMENT OF ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR OF PERSONNEL AS A FACTOR OF COMPANY SUSTAINABILITY

Abstract

In modern conditions of organizational development, one of the most important aspects is the formation of a set of measures aimed at the modernization of the organizational sector, including the organizational behavior of employees with the aim of increasing the productivity of an individual employee and the organization as a whole. In the modern world, the management of personnel behavior plays a very important role in the development of society, since the management of the organization as a whole depends on the correct approach to the management of personnel behavior. By means of human resources, leaders achieve set goals and objectives, using labor, intelligence, and motives of other people's behavior. In this regard, mastering the basics of the organization of the personnel behavior management process acquires special relevance. This article is devoted to increasing the role of management of organizational behavior in modern conditions. The peculiarities of organizational behavior of personnel and modern forms of their management are considered. Problems and opportunities of organizational behavior are highlighted. It is shown that the formation of positive organizational behavior is a factor that ensures the competitiveness of the company, the stability of development and the perspective of the company's long-term presence on the market. Taking into account the peculiarities of managing organizational behavior in the conditions of hostilities and the specific circumstances of the organization's external environment, specific recommendations for improving personnel management have been formulated. Special attention is paid to the improvement of communication policy at the micro level, the development of employees' self-regulation abilities, and the training of adaptability to stress. Employees make up the most important segment of organizational potential. Therefore, effective management of organizational behavior is a key aspect of achieving organizational success as a whole. It is the art of managing people's behavior that becomes in the modern business environment, it is one of the decisive conditions that ensure the competitiveness of enterprises and organizations, the sustainability of their development, and the prospects for a long-term presence on the market.
