COMBINATORY MODELING OF INTERDEPENDENCES OF FLOWS ON THE EFFICIENCY AND DEVELOPMENT OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION SERVICES ENTERPRISES

Abstract

The article is devoted to the research of combinatorial modeling of flow interdependencies on the efficiency and development of information and communication services enterprises. The purpose of the article is a comprehensive study of the combinatorial modeling of relationships between material, financial, innovative-intellectual and information-marketing flows, the selection of dominant flows and the determination of the degree of influence of their development on the efficiency of the enterprise and obtaining profits. The author's vision of combinatorial modeling has been formed, as the construction of possible development scenarios based on the design of various connections (combinations), integrations in a certain order and moment of time. The modern rapid development of markets in various industries requires the development and implementation of innovative approaches focused on the combination of classical aspects of management and technologically new approaches focused on the balanced development of flows and encapsulated formation of individual business processes, links and communications. Strategic and effective enterprise management should be based on diagnostic and prognostic tools for modeling various combinations of further development and ensuring profits. The conducted combinatorial modeling of flow interdependencies and their impact on the profitability of an information and communication services enterprise showed that investment and development in innovative-intellectual and information-marketing flows serve as a basis for increasing efficiency and obtaining profits at the enterprise. At the same time, the dominance of innovative-intellectual and information-marketing streams is a stimulator for the progressive integrative development of business. At the same time, focusing only on material and financial flows leads to stagnation of economic activity and a decrease in competitiveness on the market. Thus, in order to ensure modern sustainable and progressive development, it is advisable to observe the balanced development of all flow processes at the enterprise with a balanced focus on innovation-intellectual and information-marketing flows and corresponding business processes.
