ANTIMONOPOLOGY MANAGEMENT IN UKRAINE: ANALYSIS AND DIRECTIONS OF IMPROVEMENT

Abstract

The article examines the direction of antimonopoly management, where special attention is paid to positive and negative factors, signs of the emergence of monopoly, competition, problems in the state administration system of Ukraine and their impact on the effectiveness of military operations. An analysis of antimonopoly regulation was carried out and directions for improvement were proposed in order to prevent the emergence of a crisis state in the middle of the management system. The experience of the countries of the European Union shows that, despite the fact that there is no single optimal unified model of antimonopoly management, avoiding crisis processes and strengthening administrative capacity is possible only under the condition of consolidation of all political forces. The analysis of this experience is extremely useful for developing directions for improving antimonopoly management and implementing ways to overcome the crisis of the public administration system. The article provides general approaches to the need to protect the right to fair competition, and also identifies priority directions for state regulation of entry barriers at the macro level, which should be based on the national system. In this vein, the economy, due to the combination of state influence and market rules, is an important condition for overcoming crisis phenomena and stabilizing the macroeconomics of Ukraine. In particular, antimonopoly management ensures the rule of law and discipline in society in general and in public administration in particular. Antimonopoly activity is carried out by AKUM. The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine and its bodies are a form of state control over economic activity, the tasks of which are to regulate the concentration and concerted actions of economic entities, to regulate the activities of economic entities. The role of antimonopoly regulation of fair competition is to prevent and prevent possible violations, regulate the behavior of business entities, regulate and discuss issues of deviations; verifies the implementation of decisions made by the regulator.
