THEORETICAL ASPECTS OF THE FORMATION OF THE ESSENCE OF INNOVATIVE ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND ITS DEVELOPMENT
Abstract
The article examines the theoretical aspects of strengthening the strength of innovative entrepreneurship and its development. The efficiency and effectiveness of modern entrepreneurship depends on the development strategy and implementation of innovations at the enterprise. The innovative activity of entrepreneurship in modern conditions is associated with multiple factors that have a positive and negative impact on the country's economy. During market reforms, due to objective reasons (inflation process, imperfection of the monetary system, etc.), as well as the fact of providing Ukraine with a visa-free regime, the country's activities should be aimed at the full implementation and spread of innovations. For Ukraine, obtaining a visa-free regime and the opportunity to become a member of the European Union is a way to modernize the economy, overcome technological backwardness, attract foreign investments and new technologies, create new opportunities for employment, and increase the competitiveness of domestic manufacturers. and enter the world market. The main ways of entrepreneurship development should be through the attraction of investments and be determined by the priority direction of entrepreneurship development - the development of reliable financial and credit policy mechanisms to promote the development of entrepreneurship at the state and regional levels. The process of business development in Ukraine began at the time of independence, but its functions and development remain at an imperfect level. This is mainly due to insufficient support for innovation and investment activities and ineffective tax mechanisms, which is a consequence of the lack of justification of the national regulatory policy in the field of entrepreneurship. The innovative policy of entrepreneurship development should be focused on solving tasks, in particular on the effective use of available material and technical, raw material and labor potential, meeting the needs of the internal market with the help of modern means of communication, promoting the implementation of fundamental research programs and implementation to support innovative activities. It is necessary to promote the competitiveness of private sector investors (commercial banks, investment funds, etc.) in the implementation of the national innovation policy, plans and projects of potentially priority industries, the introduction of innovations and the formation of an economic method of stimulating innovation and the development of entrepreneurs.
