THE ESSENCE AND VALUE BY THE READJUSTMENT OF THE ENTERPRISE IN THE MODERN CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS

Abstract

The financial and economic crisis in the country has led to an impressive increase in the number of insolvent enterprises. Powerful blow occurred both on the level of efficiency of the operation of the enterprise and on its ability to pay off its debts as a consequence of a change in the market environment, instability and certain chaos of their occurrence, adopted by inadequate or ineffective management decisions. Therefore, the main goal is to study the essence and importance of the readjustment of the enterprise in the current conditions of management and prevent the development of crisis phenomena within the business entities. The importance of the outlined perspective indicates the relevance of this topic. The theoretical basis of the research is the method of cognition, through which the study of the essence and meaning of the concept of readjustment and the separation of the main features. The essence and significance of financial readjustment of the enterprise are considered in the article. The characteristics of the debtor’s rehabilitation procedure, types of remedial measures and general principles of their conduct are presented. The goals, ways, and functions of the readjustment process carried out at the enterprise are outlined. The problem of the insolvency of economic entities is characterized. The dynamics of the bankruptcy of Ukrainian enterprises and the main factors behind the onset of the financial crisis have been analyzed. All these theoretical data can be applied and used in the company’s activities in the process of anti-crisis measures. The financial rehabilitation of the company is aimed at the withdrawal of a business entity from a crisis situation and restoring its solvency and financial sustainability. The imperfection of domestic legislation, the shortage of qualified personnel, the lack of adequate funding for the remediation process, the timely identification of problems and the probability of a possible bankruptcy often leads to the fact that a significant part of financially stable, potentially solvent enterprises are bankrupt. It is worth noting that the anti-crisis management considers readjustment as one of the important measures to prevent the bankruptcy of enterprises. Therefore, conducting effective measures of the remediation process is a prerequisite for the further functioning and improvement of the work of business entities.
