ECOLOGICAL AND ECONOMIC ASPECTS OF FORESTRY ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT

Abstract

The article studied and applied the theoretical-methodical aspects of ensuring the environmental and economic safety of the forestry enterprise. The publication substantiates the relevance of the research and emphasizes the importance of ecological and economic issues in the forestry enterprise's management. Furthermore, the paper considered theoretical principles of ensuring an enterprise's environmental and economic security. The signs that the enterprise's environmental and economic security system must meet were established, including protection of basic economic interests; access to resources; formation of preventive measures; the ability to quickly respond to destructive changes; the ability to quickly eliminate threats; the ability of the enterprise to develop without harming the environment; reducing the negative impact on the environment, which does not affect the economic performance of the enterprise. As a theoretical analysis result, the article determined that the enterprise's ecological and economic security is the result of the synergistic interaction of its management and security. Moreover, the paper proposed the structure of ensuring the ecological and economic security of the enterprise, which includes the factors of influence of the external and internal environment, their relationship with the management system, which ensures counteraction to these threats, stability and security, which ensures ecological and economic security and forms the ability of the enterprise to develop. Besides, the research established a list of the basic elements of the ecological and economic security management system of the forestry enterprise, which contains the principles of the enterprise's ecological and economic security management, the management object and subject, describes the subject, purpose, tasks and goals of the ecological and economic security system of the enterprise. Finally, the study developed the mechanism for ensuring the ecological and economic security of the forestry enterprise, outlining the system of institutional provision of ecological and economic security of the enterprise, analysis and assessment of the negative impact of factors of the external and internal environment, modeling of the desired state of the system, establishing discrepancies between the desired state and expected results.
